We listen for your needs. Figure it out. And get it done. Right.

I have had the good fortune to work at many amazing places across the academic, consulting, and corporate sectors, most recently leading the global talent management and development functions at Invesco and Assurant.

I have seen it all and have gained first hand experience regarding what works from the school of hard knocks.  Throughout the years my experiences have given me a breadth and depth of different skills in the talent management space, and my reputation as a “get it done” leader has been consistent throughout.

In my consulting work, I partner with human resources and business leaders to solve the people aspects of your business challenges. Whether you need someone to support you in the creation of a talent strategy or you need an extra pair of hands to dig in and bring a project across the finish line, I love to work from ideation to execution. I have many frameworks to draw on while recognizing that each client is unique.

I would love to learn more about your business challenges and help you formulate a talent management solution that fits your needs. Let’s have a conversation!

Nancy is an extremely effective leader – she gets stuff done! She is a strong voice of good judgment and reason, and she excels at taking complex problems, breaking them down into executable plans, and ensuring that everything comes together for the final product.”

– Chief Operating Officer

Nancy was amazing to work with: her ability to navigate complex situations, to facilitate competing needs and to keep the vision of the end goal in mind was one of the best I have ever experienced. Her passion for working towards the best outcome for the organization and the individual leaders was second to none.”

– Founder and Consultant

She is well respected for her expertise in the field of people development and talent management, but she has skills that stretch far beyond this area. It is a rare privilege to work side-by-side with a colleague who can develop very creative ideas, but who also has the program management, team leadership and execution skills to bring them to life.”

– Vice President Communications

One of the first things I noticed about her was her intelligence, ability to think critically and ability to distill a large amount of information down to the best possible solution for the business.

– Head of Leadership Development

Her technical expertise is a true strength, but her business perspective and ability to read and understand people and situations may be even more valuable. She meets her clients where they are by listening and asking great questions to fully understand all perspectives. This gives her tremendous credibility.”

– Director, Human Resources

Nancy is able to balance theory and real world reality. When presented with an issue, she steps back to look at the broader picture – for example, by asking “what behaviors/skills do we need to change and what does that look like” – as opposed to just doing what she has done before.”

– Chief Human Resources Officer
